HOW CAN I ORDER AN ILLUSTRATION?
I need the following data. Try to explain clearly and consistently so that I can understand exactly what you want.
•Character name/s:
•Character Gender:
•No. of character/s: (50% extra cost for more than one character)
•Description: (short info about the character)
•Background: No / Simple (Extra cost of $5)
•References: (Links to images or helpful videos to better analyze the character, I NOT work only with descriptions)
•Type: (Bust / Half Body/ Thigh Up/ Full Body / Chibi)
•Comments: (pose, details, expression preferred, etc)
•Others: (Anything you think it's useful for me to know. Few words about the character's personality? important details about her design that are usually overlooked? etc)

CHANGES
•I'll make a maximum of 2 important changes (like changing the costumes, or anything else that makes me re-draw part of the image) at no additional cost. From the second I can refuse to continue making changes or charge you an extra fee for each change.
•The price changes for the "Extras" can be arranged as long as you ask before starting the commission, otherwise no exchange will be accepted.

RETURNS
•I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds.
•You have no right to cancel or request a refund once I have already received the full payment and delivered the illustration. Doing so would cause your rights to be canceled.
•If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore, and your name and info will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.

AS A CUSTOMER YOU CAN:
•Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes). I will appreciate it if you only repost the small low-resolution version of the artwork that I will provide.
•Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
•Use it as an icon / profile image for DeviantArt, Facebook, Skype etc... as long as it is a personal account and you don't get any profit from it.

YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO:
•Reproduce the illustration commercially.
•Change, modify, plot, or use my work under any circumstances without my prior permission.
•Take credit for the art.

INFO
•I'll upload your image with watermark, and when you are satisfied with the work, mark the job as complete, the watermark will automatically disappear!
•I retain all rights to the artwork. I can post it in my portfolio and online galleries (will post smaller versions only). Even so, client may still ask to keep the commission private if needed.
•As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.

By asking me for a commission you are automatically accepting my Terms of Sevice and committing to fulfill them.
