The client must pay the commission in full from the beginning for me to start the commission.

If the client is not satisfied with the commission, it may either be redone or an offer of a refund will be made.

The client may be able to change her or his mind and cancel their order with no extra charges or fees as long as I did not start the commission.

However, if the payment has been made and the commission piece has already been started then they will not get a refund of the payment.
