Briefing
References are given by the commissioner, e.g character appearances, personality, poses and expression, costumes, mood and tone of output, etc.

Rough draft
Rough sketch is made based on the references you have provided. You can revise it for 2-3 times.

Inking and basic coloring
I will start coloring the illustration with basic color (no shades, lighting) and show it to you. 1 time revision is acceptable. Full or partial payment is expected.

Touching up fine details
At this phase, I am going to start painting in details. You are not allowed to revise the work again. I will make sure we have clear agreement before reaching this stage. Full or partial payment should be done.

Submitting
Full payment should be done. The finished output will include 300 PPI artwork in JPG or PNG (unless size is specified, A5 will be the default size). Layered PSD file for commercial type only.

Customer:
- may upload the work anywhere with/out permission/credit (It's not necessary to cite me, as long as you don't take credit for it yourself.)

Payment/Conditions:
- Prices may increase or deduct from base price, depending on character’s design. We can discuss this in more detail.

as the artist:
- I retain all copyright to my work
- I may cancel accepting orders anytime, especially in dire cases.
- I may use the work for commission promo at social media accounts and portfolio. Please inform me if you are not willing to have your commission publicly posted.
