Sketched requires full payment up front, while on other illustration you are given choice to pay half first and then the other half later, or full payment up front. I will not start working unless the payment has been made.

I only work during weekdays. And will not work during major holiday such as Christmas.

Major adjustments can only made during the sketch phase or rough painting stage (e.g: I won't add wings to your character if I've refined a picture, or I will not change the clothing)

I only accept 50% refund of full price after sketch phase has been accepted. I do not accept refunds if I have finished or almost finished a picture. You are paying me for the time I put into the drawing which could be up to 24 hours, so if you are unhappy with something please tell me ASAP so I can fix it for you.

My prices are per character, so there is no discount when adding extra subjects. Gradient backgrounds are included for free, but if you would like one that is fully rendered please ask me for a quote.
