Bad communication. Gave the "OK" yet left a low rating for "wrong details", even though I offered to change anything in the art. The client doesn't seem to have researched the art style they wanted at all. They only gave vague answers to questions about details and the characters. Some references included NSFW image (with no warning) even though my terms state I don't work with this sort of content.
