These are my Terms of Service! These terms of Service shall be respected as they’re there to protect both me and my clients from messy issues like copyright infringement among other things.

I will also explain you my working process and how we will proceed once you have requested a slot, I will also let you know what I am willing and unwilling to create.

♦ FIRST STEP: The Linea rt
This is just the very basic sketch or Idea for the commission, it doesn’t present color or shading, this is just a quick overview and it allows the client to make ONLY ONE MODIFICATION before passing to the coloring stage.

♦ REVISION STAGE
Every slot comes with 1 revision per Production Stage and this revision is only ALLOWED IN THE LINE ART STAGE, the revisions are not allowed once the commission is completely finished.

♦ SECOND STEP: Color
In here the client is able to choose the color schemes or allowed me to choose the colors, usually all my commissions are delivered to the client in a PSD FILE IN LAYERS, so that the client is able to play with other different type of color schemes if they wish.

♦ THIRD STEP: Shading/Final
The final stage will use the color scheme the client chooses in Stage 2. Here I will apply all the shading and necessary details to make the final result look as wanted, The finished product would be a PNG image in the resolution size that both me and client have agreed usually the biggest resolution I will work with is 2500x3000 dpi, the client will also get a PSD FILE LAYERED of their character for they to modify the color as whatever they wish.

♥ Things I will be willing to Do
- Extra Characters Base Price x # of Extra Characters

♥ Things I won't be willing to Do
- ANY TYPE OF BACKGROUND, I only work with PNG files
- Anthropomorphic Animals, but I can draw certain features ears and a tail.
- Mechas, I am not skilled enough to draw these yet.
- Pornography, but some subjective nudity is okay.
- I will not accept payments after the piece is done because I do not wish to waste my time to not get paid.

♥ Display, Usage, and Rights ♥
- The Artist retains all rights to the artwork
- The Client retains all rights to their characters
- The Client can use the artwork for non-commercial or commercial purposes and can display the piece on their personal website or gallery, with credit to the Artist.
- The Artist may display commissioned work on her personal website or gallery and use commissioned work in promotional materials.
- The Artist may recycle any works-in-progress pieces that were rejected by the client for use in other commissions or for personal works.
