Any edits that are found without the artist’s permission will result in a warning to cease all activity, failure to adhere to this rule will result in legal pursuit.
Harassment on any level will not be accepted. Bullying, hate speech, constant messaging for WIP updates, any attempts to rush or expedite the process may result in forfeiting your commission slot, at artists' discretion.
WIP updates are as follows: Sketch → Line work → Base color → Shading → Final product
Significant changes will not be accepted after Sketch is approved. Minor changes like arm/legs position and facial expressions can be made at this stage.
Minimum 50% of payment is due upfront before any work is started. Discussing details on commission can start before, however payment is required to begin past this point.

The Three Fix Rule is a customer fail-safe to the artist missing speculated details or improperly colored character(s) discussed for the piece in question. If the mistake is artists' fault, the commissioner has three chances, post-completion to notify artist to fix any errors. There is a one-month window for these fixes and only THREE chances are given. No significant changes will be made post-completion, zero exceptions.
