The artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities, sexually explicit (x-rated) materials, body horror, and hateful images. When it comes to non-explicit fetish, violence, blood, work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.

Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by the Artist.

Payments $30 and under must be made up front in full before preliminary work begins.

If client will cancel commission during sketch or coloring process, will be refunded 50% of what they paid.

If client will cancel commission before the artwork is started, they will be refunded 100% of what they paid.

If client will cancel commission during finishing process or after the commission is done, they will not be refunded.

The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise.

The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.

The Artist is not responsible for shipped goods after they enter the postal system. Insurance and/or delivery confirmation must be requested and arranged beforehand. Basic tracking is included for domestic shipping.

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
