A contract of agreement between the Client and the Artist
This agreement serves as a proof of terms and conditions that the artist laid on the client as an integral and primal part of their service.
The said parties, for the consideration hereinafter mentioned, hereby agree to the following:
1. One commission per digital art.
2. The digital art will be given on the date of the said deadline.
3. There will be 3 revisions but only 1 of the digital art work will be given in the desired print or sent via email.
4. Client's revision request should be made 5 days before and shall be sent 3 days before the said deadline
5. Complete the payment first in my Artist&Client account by paying me, Nekarii, in PayPal through kairi4525@gmail.com
If the said parties did not failed to do the terms and conditions above, the following preserving conditions are as follows:
1. If the client canceled his or her requested commission while the current project is on going, the management or the artist will not refund the payment paid by the client.
2. If the digital artist was not able to send the finished project to the client, the client can negotiate with the artist.
