By commissioning me you agree to the entirety of these terms,
whether you’ve read them or not.

♦Email is highly preferred, but Twitter direct messages are fine too.
Payment
♦All payments will be made in USD through PayPal with an invoice I will send to you.
♦The agreed-upon full price of the commission must be paid in full before work will begin, unless otherwise agreed upon.
♦Amounts above 80 can be paid in increments, but I can’t take less than half of the total price up-front, and you won’t receive the finished product without the full payment.
♦Waitlisting is available if you can’t yet pay but would like to reserve a slot. One can be on a waitlist for up to a week, and once paid will be moved to the end of the current queue.
♦Full refunds are unavailable once you’ve approved the initial sketch. Partial refunds are available at any time during the commission process, based on the level of completion: 50% refund at the flat color stage, and 20% refund if at the painted stage.
♦If for whatever reason I feel I’m unable to complete your commission, I will refund you in full!
Workflow/Updates/ Deadlines
♦Commissions are completed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
♦The progress of accepted commissions can be tracked on my Trello.
♦I will give WIPs when requested, but also at each stage of progress for you to check (i.e.sketch>flat color>rendered).
♦I have a job in addition to this, so I cannot always adhere to a set time frame. Ideally, it should take up to two (2) days for the initial sketch, and up to 2 to 5 weeks for the finished piece, but depending on the complexity and my current workload it may take longer. I will be sure to keep you updated if it looks like that might occur.
♦If you need the commission done within a certain time frame, please let me know and we can see if it’s doable with my current workload and the complexity of the commission.
♦Rush orders are an additional 50% of the total cost.
Changes
♦After the first WIP has been approved, you’re entitled to one (1) major change before the picture is completed. Each additional change will incur an additional charge depending on how difficult the change is. (Major changes are things like changes in pose or anatomy.)
♦If the requested change is due to my misreading your reference,(i.e. a detail is on the wrong side of a character) the change is free of charge.
Delivery
♦Once finished, the full resolution image will be sent however you contacted me.
♦Art will also be posted to my social media at a lower resolution unless specifically requested to be private.
♦No physical copies will be sent.
Copyright and Use
♦You cannot use commissioned work for profit/commercial use without prior discussion.
♦You’re permitted to repost your commission on your own social media as long as credit is included.
♦You may not edit the commission or remove my watermark. Cropping it for icons or adding a filter/colorshift is fine.
♦I retain the copyright to all work I create, all rights reserved.
