In order to get work done in a timely manner and as accurate as possible, please submit up-to-date references in good lighting, and from the most possible angles. The better the references, the quicker I can get it done.

Screenshots provided from games such as FFXIV, Overwatch etc. have to be taken in good, neutral lighting. Do not take the pictures too far away for the details to be clear.

I will begin work on the commission as soon as all details about the piece are discussed and clear. I only accept post-payment via. invoice. Please let me know if you want WIP-shots of the commission.
If you are under 18, please have an adult guardian supervise your order. By commissioning me without telling me you’re old enough, or asking a guardian for help, you are taking full responsibility for the transaction. I am not liable for any loss as a result of your dishonesty.
If the commission is outside the boundries and comfort zone of the artist, the artist has all rights to refuse the commission.

Contact and communication

All contact with the artist will be done through the e-mail submitted in the commission request. In the case where I am acquainted with the client from earlier through twitter or discord, commission communication may be done on these platforms.

Payment and refund:

I only accept payment through Paypal, and will send you an invoice once the commission is complete. The invoice will contain the complete PDF-file.

I only accept payment in EUR/NOK.

Please use a currency converter to find out how much the price is in your local currency.
Depending on the complexity of commissions under the half- and full body tiers, I reserve the rights to charge additionaly in accordance to the level of complexity points (moderate/hard/extreme).
If the commission is to be used for commercial purposes (prints etc), the artist will produce a unique, binding contract, with seperate terms of service.
Should an external event such as illness or the artist's full time job disrupt the commission process, the full price will be refunded. A formal apology will be issued as well.

In the commission form, you will have the opportunity to agree or disagree to my terms.
This acts as a binding contract.

Online distribution:

The artist reserves all rights to post WIP-shots via. their Patreon page, as well as the full image on their art-specific social media pages.

Should this be an issue, in the event you want it to be private, please let me know before I start.

Please remember that you, the client, may post the piece online as long as you credit Mochisprite with links to either instagram or twitter. Unless there is a legal contract for commercial distribution, any sales of the piece is against the terms of service. Should this be the case, legal action will be taken.

Please ask if you want to use the image as an icon etc. online, as I will in most cases answer yes. If you post the piece online, please include artist credit.
