The artist also reserves the right to refuse a commission. The artist reserves the right to publish any commissioned works on his portfolio. The client may request the work to be private.

The artist must be acknowledged if commissioned work is inteded to be used in a public manner (web page cover, poster, magazine/ book, etc.).

Each commission will be given a minimum of 3-7 days to be completed (may be longer depending on the scope and details of the work)

A downpayment of 50% must be made before starting any work. The remaining balance must be paid before the high resolution image will be turned over via email.
