I do not have the rights to the characters but I do have the rights to the art.

I have the right to post commissioned art on other sites.

The commissioner has the right to post the commissioned artwork on other websites, HOWEVER, they must give credit. Commissioned art is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commissioners are NOT ALLOWED to make profit off the art.
