Upon commission please do send the refs and description. Both would be preferable but either one is fine. Afterwards, I will send a rough draft first to see if there is something you liked to change or have things to add. If you're satisfied with the rough draft. I'll continue to the next stage of cleaning the rough sketch which I will update you as frequent as necessary to give you a chance to maybe rethink and add or change somethings in the piece. Turnaround time may varied depending of the piece's difficulty and complexity but it usually done in around 2 days or less if things went smoothly. Quick feedback is preferable but optional due to timezone difference. It's only for speeding up the work even further.
I usually prefer to use discord (Jellyhammer00#7150) as a mean of communication, which I will offer you for a smoother flow of communication. But it is your decision on whether or not we shall conduct business there.
All in all I will try my best to visualize your ideas and imagination to as close as how you see it.

An absolutely 5 star experience, I commissioned this amazing artist for 14 characters all at once and he delivered in a months time and also went above and beyond creating awesome weapons and military gear I hadn't even thought of to help enhance my story.
