I would like as much reference as possible, with concise and descriptive text.

I communicate openly and freely, and I expect the Commissioner to do the same.

This work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are welcome to display it as an avatar, on your wall, and the like. However, if you use it for COMMERCIAL use like (prints, t-shirts, and other consumer sales), that is prohibited. I do create art like that, but that it is a completely different Terms of Service and a contract will be drawn up.

I reserve the right to display this as a portfolio piece. If you want the piece private (as it could contain sensitive subject matter), please email this to me or otherwise put it to me IN writing.

I still retain full authorship credit. You do not pass the piece off as you or anyone else that did the piece. Also, reworkings of my work such as changing the piece and adjusting the final, approved product is prohibited.

I am willing to talk things out. However, if guidelines and an agreement is reached, I will expect you to respect them as you do me. If there is an adjustment, we will rework it and that may include a price increase of the piece itself.

I want us both to enjoy working together. Let's be friendly, but firm - okay? :)
