USD payments are to be paid via Paypal invoices.
- Commissions will not be started until I have received at least partial payment.

A refund is only possible if the commission has not been started yet.

No chargebacks, if you need a refund, please contact me about why and we can work something out instead. If you proceed with uncalled chargebacks, you will be blacklisted.

Do not use my work for or in or to spread any sort of hate speach.

Commissions are not meant for commercial usage regardless of currency type.
- Not for NFT or publishing in a commercial product, standalone or as a collection.
- I am willing to discuss work to be used commercially, but doing so without prior agreement will result in a permanent blacklist.

Aside of sketch commissions, I will share progress for approval along the stages of the commissions.
- While in that stage, you may ask for related changes (ie. change in the sketch during the sketch phase), however excessive changes will not be tolerated.
- I will not entertain any requests for changes to a previous stage once the approval has been given to said stage.

While willing to do mild levels of gore and nsfw. I am not willing to do anything that might break the rules/laws of any site or state. Feel free to discuss with me about further details.
- I am personally very discomforted by self harm however, so any overt depiction of such is likely to be turned down.
