If you buy a comm, you agree to my ToS and violation of this may cause me to refund and cancel your commission. Please read carefully and refer back here if you wish to know if my commissions are right for you.

I withhold the right to cancel and refund any commission for any reason at any stage of the process. I also hold the right to only give a partial refund if the work is at later stages. I do not need to clarify my reasons to refuse a commission if it has just been ordered or beyond what I have explained to you.

The client, or anyone else for that matter may not edit or adjust the artwork. This includes adding text that was not included with the commissioned work.

The client may ask me for updates if they have not occurred within a reasonable amount of time. The client should receive these automatically without asking, but if anything should occur the client may ask how the work is doing.

Unless you state otherwise, I have the right to stream the process of your art publicly. If this is not flagged during the commission process, this very well may happen.

I have the right to post the finished commission to Ko-Fi and my social media as part of my portfolio and examples of my work. If the works needs to be an NDA, it must be brought up and discussed.

Will do:
-Feminine characters
-Animal ears, cute animals
-cutesy styles
-Light ecchi

Won't do:
-Fetish art
-Outright NSFW
-Anything illegal.
-Religious symbols in general

Please notify me if a commission that DOESN'T have commercial rights included needs a commercial fee. The amount should be on the listing but if not, I am open to discussion.

Commissions without the fee are free to be used for personal use, what I consider personal use is follows:
-Icons (for discord, chat apps etc)
-Wallpapers (phone, computer, anything)

Commercial use would be:
-Social media for content creation (Twitter/X, Twitch etc)
-Using to advertise streams via social media.
-Using on stream.
