BY ORDERING ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE MOVING FORWARD.

ARTIST

• I retain the rights to the artwork.
• I have the right to refuse any order if I so choose.
• I have the right to cancel an order at any time.
• Unless discussed otherwise, I have the right to post the artwork and use it as I see fit.

COMMISSIONER

• Commissioner has the right to post the artwork where they like as long as they credit me and link back to my page/the original post.
• Commissioner does not have the right to copy//edit/trace/steal/profit from my artwork in any way.
• Commission is for personal use only.
• Commercial uses must be discussed beforehand and will be charged a royalty fee.
• Small changes can be requested before sketching is complete and approved.
• A fee may be added if too many small changes are requested.
• You are only allowed one big change during the sketching process. After that, it will cost extra.

PROCESS

• Once I have finished the sketch, I will send it to you for approval.
• When the sketch is approved I will start working on finishing the commission.
• It can take up to a week to finish the artwork depending on the complexity of your commission. Please do not rush me.
• If I feel it will take longer due to work or life I will notify you.
• When I am done with your commission I will either post it here or, if discussed to keep it private, email it to you.
