By commissioning me through Artist & Clients, you agree to the following terms. Please review before placing an order.
1. GENERAL INFO
I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
All communication and transactions must go through Artist & Clients for your safety and mine.
Be clear and specific in your request to avoid misunderstandings.

2. PAYMENT
Payment is accepted through GCash or PayPal via Artist & Clients.
Full payment is required before I start the commission.
No refunds once I’ve started working on the piece.

3. ARTIST’S RIGHTS
I retain full rights to all artwork I create.
I may use commissioned art for my portfolio and promotional materials only.
If you’d like to keep your commission private, you must inform me before payment.
4. CLIENT USAGE
You may use the artwork for both personal and commercial purposes.
You may post the art online with clear credit (tag or link to my A&C profile or social media).
Do not claim the art as your own or remove my signature.
5. REVISIONS
You are allowed up to 2 revisions during the process.
Major changes beyond 2 revisions may require additional charges or may be declined.
6. TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround is usually within 1 week, depending on complexity and queue.
I will provide updates and WIPs (work-in-progress) through A&C messaging.
7. PROHIBITED USE
My artwork may not be used for:
AI training
NFTs
Blockchain-related projects
Do not use my work for anything that violates Artist & Clients' rules.
8. FILE DELIVERY
Final artwork will be delivered in JPEG or PNG format.
I do not send editable files (e.g., PSD).
