You must read and agree to these terms before and when commissioning me. When purchasing from me I can automatically assume you have read and agreed to my terms and conditions; I am not responsible for your failure to read my terms.

My Rights
- I have the right to refuse any commission.
- I have the right to refuse certain clients in specific.
- I have the right to upload my artwork to my social platforms. you may request beforehand to keep your order private, which in case, I will keep private.
- I have the right to change these terms at any time.

Usage Policy

You may:
Use my art non-commercially. ( Icons, Banners, Profile pictures )
Reference or edit/alter my artwork provided you give credit.

You may NOT:

Re-Upload or post my art (unless you are posting a commissioned artwork you paid for, in case you may, with credit).
Sell or use my work commercially. This includes any kind of crypto currency like NFTs, bitcoin, ect.
Claim my work as yours.

Payment
All commissions are done through PayPal invoices in USD€ only.

I only accept payment paid upfront.
Clients are never obligated to pay extra to cover paypal’s fees or taxes.

Refunds
I do not have a refund policy. Once you paid, I can guarantee you will get your commission.
