TERMS OF SERVICE:

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agree to the terms of service below. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

Remain respectful, as I will remain respectful to you. I will only be accepting commissions with a limit of slots. This means that I will only accept a certain number of commissions (SFW and NSFW) at any one time, so that I can devote my time to finishing them first without having to worry about a big queue. If you are commissioning an OC or characters outside of my comfort range, please provide comprehensive references. Follow the rules of the TOS, or your commission request will not be taken into consideration.

For NSFW commission: You need to be a legal adult (+18) to request a nsfw commission from me, if I discover you have been lying about your age, you will be blocked in any social media, and your name will be blacklisted whiting the art community. The same will happen to adults who request nsfw commission for minors.

II. PAYMENT

• PAYMENT UPFRONT after the first sketch revision
• USD Only
• Paypal INVOICE (Don’t send me the money if the invoice hasn’t been sent)

I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received after you reviewed the first sketch/draft (which is not the lineart). Once I approve your commission request, I will send you a Paypal invoice to your email (one payout only).

I have the rights to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission’s request and open the slot for someone else.

III. PROCESS AND TIME

It may take a while for the invoice to be sent. I do not like to accept commission payment if I can’t start a commission right away. You will still receive a confirmation email when I receive your request, so don’t worry!

I will send you the sketch of your commission to your email in case you want me to change/fix anything. Once the sketch is to your liking I will finish the commission and send you the finished product. You may request a couple of changes to the finished product whiting 24 hours of being sent.

The time for your commission to be completed can be from one month up to 3 months depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues. If any of the things stated occurs, you will be notified asap. I reserve the right to decline any job for any reason.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However, after a commission is finished, only minor changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes. Any significant changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not permitted to make minor changes without an additional fee. If you are unsatisfied with the full commission once it has been finished, when you had time to ask for changes or to be clear with it, you don’t have the rights to ask for a refund. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself with in any place or site. Publish books with. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want. The commissioner are allowed to; Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason whatsoever.

VI. RULES

✔ Armors and complicated clothes
✔ Skin marks, scars and tattoos
✔ Background design with perspective (with reference).
✔ Dynamic poses/fight scenes

For NSFW:

✔ Artistic Nudity
✔ Different body types: muscular, voluptuous, etc
✔ Different kinds of penises
✔ Most soft/romantic sex positions (ask first).
✔ Sex toys, light BDSM, dom/sub, threesomes, etc.

I DON’T DO:

❌ Bestiality
❌ Extreme Gore, Vore, Rape, Hardcore, Pedophilia, Necrophilia.
❌ Minor characters/loli or any infantilized appearance
❌ Hyper Proportions (Super-muscles/Inflation)
❌ Pokemon/Digimon Porn
❌ Furries/Mecha
❌ Eating disorders
❌ Femboy/Shemales
❌ Other bizarre fetishes (PLEASE ASK ME!)
❌ Political/Social movements or ideologies.
❌ Other artists’ styles
❌ Political or social movements/ideologies.
