Low quality image, bad communication, missed deadlines. Not a very reasonable artist.
Paid in full, without any negotiations. Set deadline as a few days before 21st (4 weeks away at time of booking). Submitted work on 21st evening itself, missed deadline. She was told it's a birthday present.
