I. General
• These commissions are for personal use only (please mention for commercial use as it will be different).
• I retain all the rights to my work in any form.
• Payment first before I start the commission.
• Timeframe: This heavily depends on my workload Let me know when you’d like to have it and we’ll work something out!
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason without explanation.
• The price presented are base prices, meaning it may go up due to the complexity of the design.
• I reserve the right to adjust rates in the future.
II. COMMISSION DETAILS
Standard Size: 1080px x 1080px (300dpi)
Background: Simple Color(s) of your choice
Additional Elements: may be added upon request
III. USAGE
• All commissions are for personal use only.
• Please credit whenever used or posted online.
• DO NOT use for profit, sell, or claim the artwork as your own.
• Printing for gifts, charity, or non-profit use is allowed.
• I have the right to use/post the art I’ve made on my online accounts and portfolio
IV. PROCESS
• Fill out the commission form to reserve a slot.
• During the first draft (sketch stage), you're free to make changes in the pose/expressions/details.
• Orders cannot be changed after the first draft. Minor details can be added/subtracted during revisions.
•You will be notified if there are any delays due to personal, work or health matters.
•You will receive a hi-res digital copy of the commission via e-mail. No physical copies will be sent out.
Revisions:
• You are allowed a total of three (3) revisions.
• Revisions during the final draft may cost extra. Please clearly communicate what you want with visual references to avoid this.
V. PAYMENT DETAILS
•Paypal for international clients
•Bank Transfer (BRI) for local/ID clients
•Payment must be 100% up-front, but I will consider negotiating down-payments for higher value commissions.
Refunds: Finished commissions cannot be refunded.
I will offer a full refund for commissions I have not started and a partial refund for those that I have.
• Failure to pay or be contacted for more than 1 month will result in the cancellation of the order.
