I have rights to refuse the request if I find it too hard for me or something I am not familiar with.
The final piece will be sent via sta.sh (on dA) or email and in full resolution
If you want to share my work social media you must contact me for my permission and also credit me
My art is only for personal use! You may not resell, sell or make money any kind of way!
If you are commissioning for commercial or game project, price may change!
II. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
I. Promote myself with in any place or site
II. Publish books with
III. To display it in other social media
IV. Post it wherever I want
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
I. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
II. Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
III. Removing any watermarks/signatures.
IV. altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
Commercial use
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
III. PAYMENT
- Payment through Paypal or if you are from Finland bank transfer is allowed
- Payment must be done upfront
- However if your commission is over 100€, paying in parts is possible.
These taxes has been included in existing prices:
- Paypal tax 6%: International transactions, currency exhange
- VAT 10% for international income
(This is formal information I need to tell you because of my country's taxing law -
this doesn't however concern you any kind of way nor commissions you order because thse taxes are already in prices.)
IV. PROGRESS
- I start working after payment.
WIPs will be sent when I have done sketch, lineart and basic colouring
At sketching point you are allowed to make major changes if needed (however notice extra fee if something needs to be added).
At lineart point small major/changes are allowed (notice extra fee if change is big)
At clouring point changes are possible with fee.
If your commission is simple YCH or sketch there may not be WIPs - if you want to see progress, please, tell me when ordering!
V. REFUND/CANCELLING
- You can ask refund if your reason is good enough (like you are financially bad situation). Please, send me a note or email!
-If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
- If I'm half way of your commission (sketching or lining) I can refund half of the payment - doesn't matter have you paid half or all at once.
- If I'm done or about finished your commission (colouring), you cannot ask refund.
When I'm working on your commission, I keep you in track where and what I'm doing.
