All art is intended for personal use, if you wish to use it for any other purpose it will be discussed before hand.
Client will be updated on their piece during key points of the drawing.
All changes and requests to change must be made before the final rendering of the product. Limit of 3 revisions.
Client is entitled to a refund of 40% of what they paid if they are unsatisfied with the final piece.
In the case of a piece taking too long refunds will be based on how far along the piece is and will be considered on a case by case basis.
Art will not be used to defame, flame or discredit any person or company.
Artist retains rights to post and use commissioned art as examples unless specifically requested not to.
However client is entitled to anonymity in regards to work received, standard practice of the artist is to post art with a username/first name of client.
In other words: if the client is okay with having their commissioned work shared on social media, but they do not want their name associated with the piece then they will simply be referred to as "client" or "commissioner".
