By commissioning us in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with us, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

• I work in order.
• Please provide neat and detailed references.
• Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated, please be nice.

II. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

For personal work purpose, I hold every right to the produced drawing. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to :

• Promote myself with in any place or site.
• To display it anywhere to my liking.
• Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner are allowed to :

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

III. DO AND DONT

I do :

• Anime styled illustration
• Male/Female character
• Character Design
• Furries (I can't draw reptiles yet)
• Fanart/Original Character
• Photo referenced
• Simple background
• R15
• R18 (ONLY NUDES, no sex scene)

I don't do :

• Semi/Realistic arts
• Complicated background
• Mecha
• Detailed armor
• R18 (sex scene)

IV. FLOW OF WORK

• Step 1 : Sketch
  You can request any changes to the drawing. (max. revision : 3)
• Step 2 : Lineart
  You can request minor changes such as : body placement, hair flow, accessory. (max. revision : 2)
• Step 3 : Base Color
  You can request minor changes such as : body placement, hair flow, accessory, colors. (max. revision : 1)
• Step 4 : Rendering and Final Image
  No changes are possible at this step.

V. COMMERCIAL WORK PURPOSES

• A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be extra 150% of original price.
• With commercial rights you have the full rights to use it for your brand, but if you wished to sell prints, please credit me.
