Typical delivery time is from 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Feel free to ask for updates whenever! I am very happy to give updates if you would like them so don't be afraid to reach out!

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
Commissioner may make the commission private for 25% of the original commission price, however.
COMMISSIONER'S RIGHTS
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way, unless the commercial use fee has been paid)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
EXTRA INFORMATION
USAGE ON TWITCH IS COMMERCIAL USE
Whether you are using it to gain money or not, it is still promoting/advertising your "brand".
YOU MAY NOT USE PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS FOR YOUR TWITCH/YOUTUBE/STREAMING PLATFORM!
Any other form of social media is fine such as Twitter, Discord, Instagram, etc. preferably with credit!
Please ask directly about commercial usage.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
No refunds unless I, the artist, cannot fulfill the commission and/or it is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Once the first payment has been paid, I will keep the deposit until I am finished with the commission, then ask for the second half if we are doing 50/50. THEN I will send the finished commission.
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Not reading the TOS does NOT exempt you from following the terms.
