I can create for you a single custom windows cursor, or a complete 15 pack of custom cursors based on whatever you want! they will be 32 bit max and I will convert the files to cursor files for you so they will be ready for install with instructions. If a pack is desired, please be descriptive of what you want, especially when it comes to cursors 3 and 4, which I will animate for you! they are loading cursors and I do not mind some back and forth to really nail a concept!
