FLAT COLOR - FULL BODY

These rules are subject to change at any time, with or without client notice.

1. I will not draw NSFW-- this includes. but is not limited to: gore, excessive violence, depictions of illegal activities, porn, erotica, etc. If you are unsure if your request falls into NSFW, please ask.
2. I am currently not comfortable with my skills drawing the following: anthros/animals (including tauren/worgen/charr/naga/etc.), undead/skeletons/ghouls, machines/mechas. Please do not request that I draw these.
3. When e-mailing me a request, please use an active account. This will be the e-mail I use to communicate with you and send progress updates to. This will also be the account I send the invoice to.
4. Payment must be made in full before I begin the request. If payment is not made within two (2) weeks of invoicing, then the client's commission request will be shelved until payment is made. If for some reason I cannot complete your request, I will send you an e-mail notifying you and fully refund your money.
5. When I ask for references, please provide only relevant and usable ones. If there are things missing from these references that you would like included, it is your responsibility to mention them. If you want a particular element from a reference, it is your responsibility to mention such.
6. You are allowed three (3) changes to the work while I am in the sketch stage of your piece, and three (3) in the coloring stage. SKETCH changes include, but are not limited to: posing, clothing design, detail work (such as ears/eyes/facial shape), etc. COLOR changes include, but are not limited to: changing skin/hair/eye color, clothing color, lighting, background color, etc.
7. Always be polite, professional, and respectful. Failure to do so will result in rejection of your request, or termination of any in-progress work. Please also understand that commissions take time. 8. Do not constantly ask me when your piece will be finished. I will send you periodic updates, and your patience is required and appreciated.
8. I only open five (5) slots at a time. When these are full, they are full, and a Wait List will be established. When a slot opens up, I will contact those on the Wait List before new requests, and in the order in which I was contacted.
9. All finished art will be posted to my portfolio here, my tumblr, and possibly other platforms. It may also be used as an example for future commission posts.
   You are free to repost the art (unedited and unaltered) to your personal galleries (dA, tumblr, etc.) without my permission AS LONG AS you link back either to my Facebook page (/anraheth) or my tumblr (anraheth-art). Any editing or altering of my completed commissions cannot be done without prior permission from me.
10. I am allowed to refuse a commission request for any reason.
11. Under no circumstances is my art to be resold. Regardless of how it was obtained, be it a commission, a gift (from me or someone else), a prize, etc.
12. Additional characters (to a max of one) will incur a 20% extra cost. Detailed armor, tattoos, jewelry, or backgrounds will also incur a 20% extra cost.

In the body of your e-mail, please put the following phrase: "I agree to follow the terms and conditions."
