I reserve the right to change my Terms of Service at any point in time and without warning.

General Terms:

1. As a freelance artist my priority is to the contracts that sustain my livelihood. I do however provide reasonably accurate estimates on pricing and deadlines for completion. Should a situation arise where I have to push back a deadline, I will contact the client with updated progress and discuss how to proceed.
2. I can work on a deadline. Please notify me in advance so that I may schedule my time appropriately to accommodate this deadline.
3. I like to stay in contact with the client throughout the commission process from sketch to completion, to ensure that everything is up to the client's standard. Please be respectful, respond timely and/or let me know if I won’t be able to get in contact you for a certain period of time.
4. All commissions will be done digitally.
5. Results may vary between works of art.
6. Payment will be handled primarily through PayPal, I do not accept web based currency in exchange for services.
7. Payment will be received UP FRONT before I start the commission. For larger commissions, I am willing to do half up front and half upon completion.
8. I keep a record of all commission orders, and time spent on commissions.
9. I will NOT create NSFW content. This includes graphically sexual themes, fetishes, intense gore, etc., keep it generally PG-13. Artistic nudity is okay.
10. I do not draw animals/fursonas.
11. I reserve the right to display commissioned artworks in a portfolio/on my websites as a means to keep my work updated and relevant for future opportunities.
