1. I won’t allow my work to be used for commercial purposes, please, don’t reprint either.

2. Clients can display commissioned work as long as they don’t claim art as their own. They must credit me if they’re going to use my work and provide viewers the link to my A&C profile and Tumblr blog.

3. I’ll retain copyright of every art work I do and the client would retain the copyright of the character. Also, I’ll reserve my right to repost or sell my work.

4. You can edit commissions as long as you still credit me and provide the original image.

5. I won’t begin a commission until at least 50% of the payment has been sent.

6. If the client make a request and doesn’t give specifications of their works in 48hrs, I’ll be dropping the commission .

Refunds:

1. There won’t be refunds if the work is already done.

2. Full refunds will be made just if I haven’t started the commission yet. In case I have started it, I’ll just give partially refunds, depending in how much work I have done by then.

The process:

•Lineart: I’ll provide clients with the lineart oh their commission. I’ll just make one change, if clients need more changes I’ll charge $3 per change.

•Color: There will be three color schemes that I’ll suggest to clients so they could pick one. Extra color scheme will charge $1

Will not do:

-Pornography (Nudes are ok, though)
-Gore
-Anthropomorphic Animals
-Racist content

Days off: Saturdays & Sundays
