As the commissioner:
1.You may upload any work done for you on other sites provided you link back to my account here or my tumblr
2.You may cancel at any time and will receive a partial refund on work not done.
A. Full refund given if work not started
3.You may not edit work done for you
4.You may not Reproduce image for merchandise or prints for the purpose of selling. Prints and merchandise for personal use allowed
As the Artist
1.I retain all copyright to my work, even if the characters contained in the image are not my own. I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for sales or self promotion.
A. If you wish for a commission to remain "private" I will charge a $5 privacy fee or 10% of the commission cost, whichever is higher. Privacy fees will be waived if an image is only "temporarily private" (for a birthday, for example).
B. If you are reselling a character depicted in an image made for you (by me), then the buyer may only purchase the reposting rights to the image. I still retain all copyright.
2.I reserve the right to cancel at any time without explanation.
A. A full refund will be issued, and I will retain all rights to the work, if any, that has been completed. The commissioner does not reserve the right to post, use, or edit any work that has been completed.
Pricing
I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. What I consider "complicated" is at my discretion.
Prices for extra characters cover up to four total characters. Any commissions involving more than four characters requires a custom quote.
Payment
1.Payment is due in full up front for any orders equal to or below $40.
2.The commission is not accepted until at least partial payment has been sent and may be dropped if the commissioner fails to respond within 72 hours. If you require more time, please talk to me! I can be flexible.
Edits and changes
1.All sketch commissions will have a singular approval round, and any requested changes will be made provided they are not unreasonable. What is or is not unreasonable will be left to my digression
A. any further changes will cost $2 per item
2.Larger commissions will have a sketch approval stage. I will not begin coloring or laying lineart unless the sketch is approved.
A. I will make any requested changes, provided they are not outrageous. The meaning of "outrageous" is up to my discretion.
B. Any edits beyond the sketch phase will cost $3 per item that must be edited.
3.Before I shade an image I will present flat colors to be approved. It is the commissioner's responsibility to correct character errors at this point.
A.Once an image is complete, I charge $10 minimum to recolor an entire image.
B.If a color mistake occurs anyway and is my fault, I will happily recolor the image at no cost to the commissioner.
Refunds
1. I do not issue refunds of any kind on works that have been completed
Drawing Stipulations
1.I reserve the right to cancel any request that makes me uncomfortable.
A.Commissioner may request a new work with no charge for work done on previous request.
B.If no new request is made the commissioner will receive a full refund.
2. I will not draw Gore, Porn, Children in adult situations, or Anthropomorphic characters.
A.I will draw casual nudity. (Busts only)
