By participating in a commission and making a payment, you ("the Commissioner") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement") between you and Uruchiha ("the Artist"). Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with your order.
TAT
1-3 days for basic jobs.
2-5 days for complex jobs.
I do not draw
Lewd nudity.
Complex clothing.
Drugs or excessive gore.
Personal Use:
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. The Commissioner may not reproduce, distribute or use the Artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.
For Commercial Use:
The commissioned artwork may be used for commercial purposes at the following price levels:
- Price Level x1.5: The Commissioner may use the artwork on monetized or social platforms. Proper credit is required to be given to the artist. The price for this level is 1.5 times the original commission price.
- Price level x2: in addition to using the artwork on monetized or social platforms, the Commissioner can sell merchandise with the artwork. This pricing tier is designed specifically for small businesses.
Ownership and usage rights:
The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the commissioned artwork.
The Commissioner alone may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork. The Artist also has the right to use, display and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, prints, merchandise and online portfolios.
-Adjustments:
The Commissioner has the right to request reasonable changes, such as color adjustments or the addition of minor details, without charge.
The Artist will accommodate such requests within reasonable limits.
Sketch Approval and Payment:
The Artist shall provide a sketch for approval after receipt of payment. Once the sketch is approved, additional changes to the composition may result in additional charges.
Completion Time:
Completion varies depending on complexity, from 3 days to 1-2 weeks. The Artist will provide an estimated completion time after discussion with the Commissioner.
-Urgent Requests:
For faster completion or tight deadlines, the Artist may require additional fees. The details of any rush orders and associated charges will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
Upon completion, the Artist will provide the Commissioner with large, resized versions of the artwork. The Commissioner is advised not to publish the drawing at full size to protect the integrity of the artwork.
Layered files of the artwork will be provided to the Commissioner for Copyright commissions only.
No refunds are offered for commissioned artwork unless agreed to by both parties in exceptional circumstances. The Artist will make all reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the Commissioner.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
The Commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact data to third parties without the explicit consent of the other party.
Working with the Artist ''Uruchiha'' implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
