General Terms
- Please contact me clearly and politely; vague messages for me not to understand your commission fully make things difficult. Constructive criticism is appreciated.
When you are proposing a commission, feel free to message me on the work in progress, do not see-zone or disappear when I ask for a payment or send an invoice, what the desired draft is supposed to look like, or any further details of the artwork after I accepted your inquired form.
The commissions will be drawn into my art styles. Please do not ask me to copy any artists’ art styles. Otherwise, I will not accept your commission.
I have the right to decline any commission requests that would make anyone uncomfortable.
Any of these violations against my terms and services will result from you getting black-listed.
Once you have inquired after that I accepted your commission and fully signed my terms and service agreement, which means that you have thoroughly read this contract as a client. Therefore, asking for refunds is now irredeemable after the drafted output.
Other terms to discuss further
- Complicated character designs will take me a week to fully render if it is in a painterly style.
Customized commissions will cost more, depending on how complex the original character and the background of the artwork are.

My turnaround time can range from a few weeks or a month for commissions due to school or any real-life events that I have to do.

How to Inquire

Please refer to the type of commission you chose based on the availability of the art style. Then I will notify you by email if I accept your request to reserve your slot.
If your commission got accepted, you would be notified directly by email. In addition, you may contact me with further details on the desired output of the commission—the overall aesthetic and harmony, whatever you desire. Please send references and color palettes.
After I drafted your commission with a basic sketch based on further information of the artwork, you may pay upfront or half payment.
Payment Methods
- For local clients who reside in the Philippines may send their Payment by Gcash. International clients will pay double the amount based on tax or fees by PayPal. Tipping is welcome.
To prevent scams, I only accept payment upfront. Either it would be through half payment or full payment.
Revisions can be done with a limit of 2-3; for half payment, I will send the work in progress after paying the invoice.
If you are waitlisted and I haven’t started working on the output, you may request a refund.

- I reserve the rights to the final artwork, which means that I can post it anywhere, especially as part of my Portfolio. Even retaining my watermark in the commissioned piece.
You may Post your commission anywhere, but do not claim the commission I made for you done by yourself. All of the commissions as requested are for PERSONAL USE. Unless you want to commission me for marketing/advertising, please email me about this further.
Please DO NOT resell this image to third parties; this includes profiting off the commissioned piece to sell or make any merchandise off of my artwork.
Clients are strictly prohibited to use their commissioned artwork for non-fungible token. Advertising commissioned artwork for cryptocurrency or anything associated with non-fungible token without consent is strictly prohibited.
