Terms of Service

1. Client may post commissioned art on any site, so long as client credits me as the artist (preferably linked back to any of my blogs or sites) You may use the art for icons, reference, etc.

2. Full payment is required up front. Partial payment is only allowed for $50 and up. I do not finish the piece until payment is made in full. Send payments through Paypal as "Services" not "gifts".

2a. The price you see is a base price. Depending on the complexity of the commission, there may or may not be additional fees. Keep this in mind especially for my animated commission slots, and my comic page slots, if applicable.

1. Client cannot re-sell my work as a print or any other merchandise. However, client may make prints/merchandise for personal use.

2. I retain rights to the art itself, and client retains rights to the character, if it is their own original character. I also have the right to use any piece I produce as examples or in my portfolio.

3. I have the right to deny a commission, under my own discretion.

4. If the client cancels a commission that I've started, client may have a partial refund, depending on what stage I am in of the work. If I am in the coloring stage, and the client cancels, there will be no refund.

6a. If the client cancels a commission that I have not started yet, they may have a full refund.

6b. Client may have up to 3 changes during the sketch stage. Client may have 2 changes if it is an animation in the rough movement stage. Any changes after that are subject to additional fees.

• If you would like to watch me create your commission in a live art stream over on Picarto, feel free to ask me and we can set up a date and time to do that! That way it'll be easy for you to interact with me as I'm doing the work to make sure we're on the same page!

• client may request anonymity, if they'd like.

**Regarding Adult content:

-You must be 18 years of age or older to request a commission of sexual, or suggestive nature. DO NOT ASK ME if you are not.

• Please inquire about what it is you want first. I am pretty open minded, but I have reasonable limits, as well.

1. MLP, Homestuck
2. portraiture (art based heavily on photographs)
3. Gore
4. Hate
5. any suggestive, underage-looking content.
