As oozewyrm (the artist), I:

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time, for any reason.
• I reserve the right to refuse a customer for any reason.
• I reserve the right to take as long as I need on a piece. I will always prioritize getting a piece finished within the promised ETA, but I must accommodate for my needs first.
• Deadlines are negotiable, but not commonly accepted. Please let me know if your order is a gift. No need to be vague, I keep secrets well.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork and may use it freely as commission examples, portfolios, etc. If this is not acceptable, let me know.
• I will not use the customer's piece to profit directly, provided the customer does not break any terms.
• Any and all references are welcome, even for small details. (Do be mindful of spam, and tag NSFW please!)
• I will assume artistic liberty if you do not provide specifics on the details that matter to you. Avoiding as many revisions as possible is ideal and time savvy.
• I do not advertise my NSFW art, as I barely make any. Tasteful nudity is accepted, but I don't draw pornography.

As the customer, you:

• You may upload the commissioned art (and watermarked WIPs) wherever you please.

As per copyright infringement:

• You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my permission. Especially not to remove my signature. I try to make them as non-obstructive as possible.
• You may not use the commissioned artwork for profit. (Reselling/redistribution/non-fungible tokens/etc.)
• You may not claim the artwork is your own.
