Commission pays for service of drawing image, character, scene, etc. All subjects within belong to their respective owners, but I retain to right to the artwork itself. This includes using it in personal promotional material (i.e. online art gallery) with proper credit given to the owner of the subject material and/or commissioner. Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.
I make every effort to respond to inquiries same day, and I encourage you to ask after the status of your piece. Work on a piece begins once I've received the first half of payment and any references needed for the work. A rough initial sketch will be provided before painting starts, and screenshots throughout the process are available upon request. I am open to and encourage input while working on your piece!
The bulk of compositional corrections, especially large changes, occur during the sketch phase, and it is difficult to make changes once it has progressed past that. Please discuss any such changes with me in the initial stages.
Both visual and written references are accepted. For written descriptions, please keep them detailed, but concise. Inclusion of both a character's physical appearance and personality is extremely helpful.
Final images will be sent to commissioner at requested resolution in 300 dpi (standard printing quality). If the commissioner does not request a size, I will default to what I think best serves the piece.
