TERM & SERVICE
1. Commission in general
1.1 Please do send me a message first to order to avoid cancelation whether it is something that I can or can't do. you can also message my social media if you want. ( https://twitter.com/varanuons , https://www.instagram.com/varanuons , https://www.facebook.com/Varanuons/)
1.2 to make the commission faster please tell me the ref or the piece that you want me to draw, Ex: character, expression pose, and more
1.3 I will only work with max 3 Clients at the time
1.4 Art piece will be done in medibang paint with an A4 page size
1.5 now I'm charging my client 5$/hours.
1.6 I can increase my price depending on the complexity
2 Things that I can or can't draw
2.1 I can draw: SFW or NSFW pieces, humans, Anime in general, WAIFU, Original character, dnd character, fan art, canon x canon, canon x oc, etc
2.2 I can't draw: Heavy gore, Absurd Armor, Political stuff, Animal, Furry, Mecha, Heavy Background, different artist(s) style
3 Proccess of commission.
3.1 I will receive the order from the Client ALONG WITH THE CHARACTER REFS THAT YOU WANT ME TO DRAW. and we will talk about the price in this stage (Please message me first before ordering to avoid cancelation. I tend to ignore those who ordered without sending me a message)
3.2 I will sketch the order from the refs that the Client gave me then I will send it to the client as an approval sketch(there is an exception when I ask for the payment first without sketching IF I DEEM YOU WANT TO SCAM, I just got one.. I give them sketch and didn't hear any from them anymore... fuckin.. *sigh)
3.3 If the client approved my approval sketch I will accept the order and wait for the payment
3.4 After the client give me the payment then I will finish the piece.
4 Revisions
4.1 You will get 1 revision on the approval sketch stage (this revision will be gone if you don't want any revision on this stage)
4.2 You will get 1 revision after paying and I will only agree to the revision if it only your changes is 30% of the piece ( I will not change something that has been approved on the 4.1 revision ex: pose A has been approved in the approval sketch and then after paying Client wants to alter or change the pose, I have the right to decline that revision)
4.3 It will cost you no revision if the mistake is on my part(ex; the character ref that you gave me has a ring but I forgot to draw it then I will immediately fix it. you still have a revision request)
4.4 I might or might not allow additional revision
4.5 I will not give revision if the commission is completed
5 Commission type
5.1 This is purposefully a Personal commission type and not intended for commercial use
5.2 I can work for commercial use of commission if we have a deal. feel free to send me a message if you want to hire me to work for commercial use
6 Rights
6.1 since these commission services are intended for personal use I retain the rights/ownership. I can use the commission piece however I see fit, like altering, displaying it on social media, displaying it on Patreon or even in books, making speedpaint of the piece, etc
6.2 The Client(s) of this personal Commission are NOT ALLOWED to alter the piece, Uses the piece for commercial uses of the commissioned piece
7 Refusing the commission
7.1 I have the right to refuse/cancel the commission if I find that the piece is problematical (ex; something that will make me lose the will to breathe or political stuff)
8 Credit
8.1 Credit is non-negotiable. I will put my name/social media link/website on the piece for the Personal use commission as a credit (will not be applied for commercial type commission)
