By requesting and purchasing any of my services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of my terms of service below.
General Information
I don’t draw: mecha, heavy armor parts, furries/anthro, big animals, very muscular characters, excessive violence/gore.
Please provide clear references of the characters you want me to draw.
Colors of your oc/commissioned character may vary a bit due to my soft style of coloration, if you wish for an explicit usage of colors, please provide them with the character reference in the form of its color sheet.
I reserve the rights to refuse your commission if I see that I can not fulfill your wishes.
I might use your commission to promote my work. If you prefer that I don’t, please let me know and I will respect your request.
None of your personal details (paypal e-mail or other personal data) will be sent to third parties, they’re for business use only.
By ordering a commission from me you are agreeing that you are paying for the digital file of the artwork only, no physical package will be received.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for commissions always takes place through PayPal via invoice only.
I will start working on your commision after I receive full payment.
If you want to cancel a commission and the work is already started I'll refund you a part of the payment, and keep the amount that covers what I've done so far (Lining done: 30%, Color Bases 60%)
Under no circumstances will I ever refund a finished commission.
If you file an unjustified chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will be forbidden to commission me ever again and your username will be publicly posted on my accounts, as I want to warn others to watch out for scamming. I also have every right to file a complaint.
Copyright and Usage Policy
I have full rights over my artwork.
You are allowed to use the commissioned artwork on any personal account but you must properly credit me as the artist (Siantary)
You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, copy or trace any of my artwork without my written permission.
Commissioned Artworks are for personal use only and not for commercial use
It is your responsibility to save the files of any finished commission within 48 hours after I send them to you. I might periodically clear my sta.sh, gallery and computer so I might not be able to retrieve it for you.
