By commissioning me, you agree to and understand these conditions. Failure to abide will blacklist you from further business with me.

I pride myself on creating an image that my clientele seeks, so I highly encourage commissioners to be fully involved with the process so that the final piece is of their utmost satisfaction. Because of this, I require commissioners to include as many reference images that they can bring forth so that I can better encapsulate their vision. Anything is encouraged and is extremely helpful.

I communicate with the commissioner the most as I create the sketch before payment is made so that we are on the same page about what the final product will look like. However if the commissioner sees an issue with the final product within six days of completion, edits may be requested, but a fee will be given that varies depending on the complexity of what is asked to be changed. This will be decided on individual pieces and the fee may vary.

I hold the right to refuse a payment option if I am not comfortable with going through with it and will discuss other options. This is not a personal complication of my thoughts with the client but rather preventative measures so that I am not a victim of foul play. Please understand!
* When the commission is complete, the remaining cost of the invoice will be sent before the finalized, full-resolution product is sent to the commissioner.
* Fees regarding the commission will be discussed and added into the invoice before it is sent. There are no hidden fees.
* Refunds can be made anytime during the commission process, but refunds will not be given after the final piece is given to the commissioner.
* If the commission is cancelled during the creation process, refund calculations will be done depending on the progress.
*A full refund is only given before the start of the work for the commission.
* I have the right to refund and cancel the commission if the commissioner is disrespectful, offers poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour.

Please respect that I have my own working hours and I hold the right to not disclose them.

I reserve the right to copy, reproduce and reuse the commissions I've done for promotion/advertising.
