Terms of Service:

The commission work is only for personal use only.

(Personal use means it won't generate any kind of profit. You are not allowed to sell the commissioned work.)

Please provide clear details or references

All commissions are subject to a strict first come and first served basis. In case there are others pending commissions, I will be informing you about them in advance.

I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned work. It means I can promote it in any of my platform. If you want the commissioned work to be private or withholding the artist from posting, A 50% fee will be applied based on the agreed price amount.

You are not allowed to crop out or edit my signature when posting it in any platform. In case if the signature will be crop out, you agree to credit me.

All the characters are going to be drawn in my style.

I have the right to decline commissions for any reason.

I will only draw what is indicated in the pricing table and I will not draw:

NSFW

Furries

Mecha

Hate art / Racist art

Politcal Art

Art that is against the terms as an Artist, Content Creator or a part of a group or company

We both agree that we will both communicate in a respectful and professional matter.

The pricing of my art is considered as an essential part to these terms of service

These terms can be updated by me at anytime without any notification, but i will still be informing every new or old customers if they are directly affected by any updates to the terms written above

Failing to adhere to these Terms gives me the right to inform the public about you, your profile, and aliases about your negative behavior and our interactions if needed. I also have the right to report and file cases against you.
