1 - GENERAL
- By commissioning the artist, you agree to these terms of service
- The artist retains the right to refuse a commission for unspecified reasons.
-The client must provide all character design/characteristics needed before the drawing process . The artist is not obligated to change the art based on information given after the drawing was made.
-There will be one guaranteed sketch sent to the customer for approval. Other process checks can be agreed on before the work starts and can be charged and extra fee for.
-NSFW commissions can be ordered by 18 years old or older.
2 IMAGE
- The commissioned artwork will be sent as a PNG file, on deviantart or other gallery, unless specifially asked not to be made public.
-If the client prefers not to have the finished picture posted publicly, they must inform the artist beforehand.
-The commissioned artwork may be resized, color adjusted, but not cropped in any way it erases the signature unless it was first agreed with the artist.
-The artists retains the right to use/ upload the commissioned artwork on portfolios and social media unless specifically asked not to.
-The commissioned artwork may be used for non commercial purposes only.
- The client may not claim having made the picture themselves.
3 - TURNAROUND
- The client is paying for a digital service of a custom made art piece.
- Please keep in mind the artist will default to their own style. If another style is wanted, please specify and discuss beforehand
- The basic turnaround time is up to a week per character after the last sketch check. In the case of need of a quicker turnaround, please discuss with the artist
- The turnaround time above counts for orders that place first on the queue.
5 - PAYMENT AND REFUND
- The payment is to be made upfront.
- The payment must be made through paypal invoice.
- The artist should only start working on the picture after the payment is received.
- Please don't send the money directtly and before your order has been acepted.
- Refunds are 50% of the value if, upon the request, the artwork was still a sketch. If the lineart is finished it can't be refunded.
6- EDITS
- Major (structural) changes must be requested before the lineart process.
- Colors, detail changes must be requested before the painting process.
