She's extremely talented with an adorable style but communication is VERY rough. If you plan to commission, be ready to be patient with deadlines that may be a stretch. I also COMPLETELY understand that life happens, but there were several excuses in terms of why the emotes haven't arrived in time, ie; unfamiliarity with the website, blackouts, claims to be uploading but there are no images uploaded, F5 refresh page errors, slow internet, illness, and occasionally ghosted. This would EASILY be five stars if communication was more transparent with realistic timelines. If I was told prior that the commission would take a month to deliver, I'd be content. Instead, I was rarely given an ETA and I felt as though I had to constantly poke her to check the status of the work. But once again, the art is adorable and she definitely makes high quality emotes, but may not be for you if you need communication.
