Was very prompt through the whole process. Made sure that was kept updated. I was very pleased that I was shown the rough sketch so as to have the opportunity to request minor revisions. The only time there was a delay, I was kept updated on time tables and was shown the progress on the project. And the piece of art is pretty good, too. I have no qualm with requesting more things done in the future.
