NOTE
Payment of 50% of the down-payment will be paid up front before any commission project and then 50 % at the delivery of the piece. After your payment I will send you a sketch. That is the only moment I will correct the commission, except for colouring error or missing details. Estimated Time for Completion is usually 5 to 12 days depending on what you need, this may vary depending on the number of characters, backgrounds, current work flow, etc. and these are from the time I accept your commission, not the time, the request was made.
After the first down-payment I will send you a sketch with a watermark. That is the only moment I will correct the commission, except for colouring error or missing details.
The art piece will be 100 % digital. I work with a tablet, so I will not mail you the original piece because it doesn't exist. I will send a high-res image file at 300 dpi to your email.
Information I'd like to receive from you how many characters involved, what they're doing, what type of background, color themes/mood you would like portrayed. Which options do you choose (Additional features, background, ...) and your idea? Please be as clear and detailed as possible.
RIGHTS
I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces in my gallery, on my website(s) or anywhere else. If an original character of yours is requested, credit will be given to you accordingly. If you do not want your commission displayed for whatever reason, please ask.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request. For example if it's something totally extreme that most people wouldn't want to see. I reserve the full rights to the image, and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (Rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased.). Otherwise, you're free to post the art anywhere online as long as you credit me.
These commissions are NOT to be used for things like: Book illustrations, covers, any other publishing that uses the artwork, or anything intended to make profit. These commissions are for non-commercial use ONLY including non-profit making projects. You may not make prints of my work to sell. I still hold legal rights to the art, commissioning me means agreeing to these terms.
All commissions will come with my digital signature somewhere on the image. YOU CAN NOT REMOVE IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. If for some reason (and this should be a good one.) you want a version of the image WITHOUT my signature I will consider leaving it off but credit will still have to be given to me wherever it is posted.
If your commission becomes a complicated one, I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly, these may vary depending on subject matter, level of detail, time scale, etc., and since revisions take time, I have to charge for them.
