General Information:
I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
I reserve the right to adjust the price of any commission accordingly. However, I will never change the price of a commission that has already been previously agreed upon.
Payments:
All commissions are PayPal only, in USD (American Dollars).
The commissioner must be prepared to make an immediate upfront payment.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.
Commission Procedures:
Please be thorough in describing what you want for your commission(s) with the proper images attached.
For commissions under $100 USD I typically do not send commissioners updates regarding sketches or WIPs.
For commissions over $100 USD, I will send the commissioner a series of thumbnails, then a completed sketch for approval before continuing the commission. This is the only time the commissioner is permitted to request changes. Otherwise, further changes will count as a redraw, which will cost extra.
Usage Rights:
Commercial usage will incur an extra fee depending on the scale of implementation involving said artwork(s).
I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified. Under no circumstances may the commissioner use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes.
