I. General Terms
If you order a commission that means you have read and agreed to the ToS.
- Please write in English with clear and straight to the point sentences.
- A clear and high definition reference shall be given by the client to give a general idea. (If this is not done so then the client has little to no rights to refuse the final product)
- The general idea shall be given in the start of the commission and major changes in the middle of a project will not be tolerated and will be charged extra if you wish to do so.
II. Payment
Payment shall be done beforehand, or if you can not, I shall put a huge
'SAMPLE' watermark and hold it until the time of payment comes.
III. Process
WIP will be given when a significant progress has been made on a rather pricey commission, and the process of a commission may be on held if the artist is withheld by factors such as; commission order, details,work, school, health, or family issues.
IV. Satisfaction
As an artist, I try to satisfy customers but I can not do so if in the beginning the commissioners do not provide me with satisfaction; either being extremely rude, or providing low quality references.
V. COPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICY
I, as the artist holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
- Promote myself with in any place or site.
- Publish the works whether on books or online.
- To display and use it any where I please.
- Post it wherever I want
The commissioner are allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me (the artist)
If you break the agreement in anyway, you will lose your right to the work and I shall be allowed to remove it.
The following is considered agreement breaking;
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Making money off it in any way).
- Taking credit of MY work
- Removing any kind of watermark or (and) signatures.
- Alteration of the work in anyway without my consent.
A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be 300% of the original price.
You can use the product in anyway; books, clothing, games, but proper credit is still required for proper usage of the work, EVEN if altered or edited.
For example:
Original price: 10$
With Commercial rights: 30$
VI. Cancellation
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time,
- If money has not been sent yet, (In the beginning of a commission order) the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
- In a case where the artwork has been finished and the commissioner has not paid and cancels it, the artist has the right to give a cancellation fee 2/4-3/4 price of the work.
If you file a charge back against me your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission from me (a_obahebun) in any time soon.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to.
I have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given to me.
Any statement above can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission, and a picture of the agreement will be kept by me for future potential uses.
