The artist will most likely respond to a request within the same day. This commission slot was rated positively by 0 clients thus far.
.) Billing Structure - My rates depend on the request of the client. Digital Painting request cost more than a Photomanipulation request since it would take me more time to finish it. Moreover, if the photo provided by the client is less than 500x500, it would be more pricey. However if it's more than that, it would be easier to edit, hence, cheaper.
.) Late Payment - After finishing the final output, I'll only send the watermarked version instead of the original if and only if the client haven't paid yet. In addition, there's only 1-3 days deadline for the payment. If it exceeds the time stated, the agreement would be terminated.
.) Scheduling - As a normal 18 year old, I do have studies to focus on. I allot 2-4 hours of work on the commissions, and If I have completely no free time to do such, which happens whenever I have exams/projects, I'd close my availability before accepting commissions. On the other hand, If I have a hectic schedule, I'd normally finish a Digital Painting request for 1 week, a Photomanipulation for 3 days. And If I have a break, I can finish a Digital Painting for 3-4 days and a Photomanipulation for 1 day max.
.) No spec work allowed - Speculative work involves doing actual work with the hopes of impressing the client enough that they will provide further opportunities without any guarantee of payment or that I will retain rights over the work if it isn't paid for.
.)Termination of services by client - The client STRICTLY cannot terminate the agreement during midmost of the process. To ensure this won't, in fact never, happen, clients are required to pay a down payment.
.) Down Payment - There would be a down payment required for the client by the cause of agreement confirmation. There would be 3 parts of the payment. 25%, which is before beginning the request, 50% during halfway the process, and the remaining after the finished product. I will not start a project without the down payment of the client.
.) Ownership rights - The owner, which is me, still have rights though the art is sold. The final output, that is to be received by the client, would still have watermark/signature of the artist. The client has STRICTLY NO RIGHT IN ANY CASE to remove or erase the signature/watermark of the artist. The client MUST credit the artist for the hardwork, effort, and time spent to accomplish the art.
.) Unforeseen or sudden termination of a project - Most freelancers work on their own, so if some mishap, illness or accident occurs that makes it impossible to continue a project in progress, the client needs to know what protections they have.the client understand that however unlikely, hiring a single freelancer has certain risks and that there will be some compensation or provision made in case of a stoppage. In order to continue the commission, I am associated to a backup artist who will agree to take over.
Before requesting a commission, the client must read the above terms of service and must agree.
