-Simple Backgrounds are for free, Detailed ones cost time and money so be careful on that. But will do what you like if I find it easy on my part.
-I will sketch right away and constantly bug you on my progress, I won't render unless we both agreed on the lineart and finalize everything, It's to tough to do revisions guys.
