All commission arts can be used as my personal portfolio.
Commissions can be uploaded as speedpainting video to my YouTube channel after working on Twitch live, so please tell me in advance if you don't want to.​

You can't use my commission art as commercial or unauthorized modification.
Be sure to mention to me in advance when used in the creative community and please add 'Commissioned art by RiELL' text on your posting.

​Chibi-style character can apply only full body image size.

Unless it is a simple natural background, complex structure backgrounds will not drawn.

If you want, you can ask monochrome or simple natural sky background without any additional charge.

(As an exception, 'ACTIVE type' can increase prices on demand for natural background)

The price written for each illustration type is the basic price.

If there are more than one character in a illustration,

it will be priced in the form of 'Basic Price+(Person-1)*Basic Price/2'.

Depending on the type of illustration you are requesting, the price may go up or down.

There is no refund when artwork begins.

Props (difficult to draw by my judgment/weapons, patterns, decorations, etc.) - $2 ~5 per unit
(in my judgment) The character is difficult to draw - add $9~18 to the price
Request to finish the illustration in 3 weeks - add 50% to the price
Request for additional fixed PNG image file when applying for ACTIVE type - add 50% to the price
Sample Private Request - add 25% to the price

Badly disputed works (Racism, Fascism Nazism or glorification of Japanese imperialism(Rising-Sun flag))
Hetalia / Country Human Characters
Existence Person and 2.5D
Other things that I find difficult to draw, etc.

I'll give you a full refund if I can't carry out my commission work or if the commission hasn't arrived for 4 weeks.
